  • Joan Katz has been representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate for almost 20 years. Homes, condos, coops, apartment buildings, buildings for rehab, teardowns, new construction, lofts, vacation spots, parking places, land...all part of the residential market. She helps her clients find the homes they dream of and sell their properties for high prices in short market times. She was an early proponent of buyer representation in the Chicago area. Joan has been affiliated with RE/MAX for more than 15 years.

  • Joan Katz combines her professional background in advertising and communication including a BFA from Parsons The New School of Design and a BA Magne Cum Laude from Brandeis University with on-going real estate training to bring her clients top marketing and research skills. She certified as an e-Pro Internet Professional and an Accredited Buyers Representative.
