

REPRESENTATION
- As a buyer's representative, I look out for the buyer's interests above all else, discover the right place and obtain the best price, with the commission paid by the seller. The listing agent represents the seller or developer, not the buyer. (Note: It is important that I set appointments or be at the initial visit for new construction for buyers to have this level of representation.)
- As a seller's agent, I find qualified buyers who can afford the property, on average, in UNDER 30 DAYS! I treat conversations confidentially and work hard to realize sellers plans as successfully as possible. Seller's interests are foremost, and I negotiate the best prices. Sellers get realistic market evaluations, practical advise on preparing their properties for sale, and a my careful attention all the way through the closing.
RELATIONSHIP
-The last thing I want to do is pester you. I respect your privacy. If you are ready to move right away, let?s get started. If you would like to remain anonymous for now- that's just fine with me. If you are window shopping, I am not in a hurry. If you are ready to go, I have helped people move in less than 10 days!
